Once an order has been processed, packed, fulfilled, or handed over to the shipping carrier, it cannot be cancelled.

If you request a cancellation before fulfillment, Acid House Worldwide may review the request. If the cancellation is approved, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

• Shipping restrictions

If Acid House Worldwide cancels a paid order, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
