Order Processing and Tracking
Shipping and tracking information is generally generated and shared with the customer within 24 hours of order placement.
Please note that generation of a tracking number does not necessarily mean that the parcel has already started moving through the carrier network. Tracking may take additional time to show the first carrier scan or movement.

Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, lost parcels, or additional charges resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address information provided by the customer.
