Acid House Worldwide does not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, fit preference, colour preference, personal preference, or any other non-defect-related reason.

Please review all product descriptions, product images, measurements, and size guides carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery at 303@acidhousex.com.

For damage, defect, or incorrect-item claims, a clear and continuous unboxing video is required. The video should show:

• The unopened package before opening
• The shipping label clearly
• The package being opened in one continuous recording
• The product received
• The damage, defect, or incorrect item clearly visible

Claims without sufficient evidence, including the required unboxing video, may not be eligible for replacement to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, Acid House Worldwide may provide a replacement of the affected item.

We do not offer exchanges for sizing issues or personal preference.

Refunds are generally not offered for damaged or defective items where an appropriate replacement can be provided, except where required by applicable law.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer-protection laws.
